Membership has been declining for several years, partly due to COVID-19. However, I believe we can retain newer members by
implementing successful chapter-level programs at the national level. A robust mentoring program should start with candidates even before they attend the NA. I propose a program where
candidates, during their time at the NA, are grouped into their respective sections. Here, they will learn about the Association's
inner workings, including section divisions, chapter and national officer board requirements, and officer succession. Coupled with successful past membership drives, this approach will enhance
member retention.

As a member of the FBINAA Training Committee for over seven years, I have worked to ensure our National Conference training is top-notch, practical, and relevant. I aim to continue this work,
expanding our training topics and increasing member participation
in surveys to better understand their needs.

Effective communication is vital for the success of any event, critical incident, or organization. As your Section III Representative, I promise to maintain open lines of communication, ensuring timely dissemination of information to
our Section and all members.
